May Flowers

Ok, so it might be more like June flowers where I live but I love those first pops of flowers appearing after the rain has washed away the grit of winter and the sun has forced those fancy floral faces skyward. 
If I watch carefully its a beautiful prairie crocus or two in one remote corner of the yard that are first to blossom. Dandelions and violets soon follow along with the wild plum blossoms that make the air smell so rich and sweet.
